When Is KPYU 88.9 Sedro-Woolley Coming Online?

I noticed the Jesuscaster on 88.1 got bumped up to 88.3 in Mount Vernon, making KPLU on 88.5 as spotty a mess as their 91.1 translator signal (right up against alternative rocker CJZN 91.3). Their new Skagit County rebroadcaster KPYU 88.9 is supposed to go on the air soon, but KPLU really sounds awful everywhere between North Snohomish and Whatcom County right now (The only upside is CBU-FM 88.1 comes in and puts out a surprisingly strong signal in Skagit County)

I'm actually kinda sorry to know I won't be getting CBUX-FM2, also on 88.9. French Canadian jazz is pretty cool too......
