When is Randi Coming Back

She was the main reason I recently started subscribing to satellite radio. I hope she is back soon. Anyone know where there is any current info on her status?

Dial Global and Air America aren't interested in syndicating her, so unless she syndicates herself.....

What is the source of this statement? Is there a basis in fact or just your opinion? Seems to me both Dial Global and Air America would be very interested. AAR in particular desparately needs a marquee player, and sorry, but Montel Williams ain't it. Dial Global could complete it's daytime lineup if they added Randi. And she certainly could syndicate herself. Malloy is doing it and he doesn't have nearly the following. Randi will be back, it's just a matter of timing. My guess is she has to wait until her Nova M contract expires on April 12.

I don't know where I saw the statement, but Dial Global has said it's not talking to Randi, and didn't appear to have any interest in doing so.

That doesn't make any sense.. Nova M no longer exists, so how could it hold Rhodes to a contract?

First AAM screwed Randi over her contract with them. There is no way that she is going back to AAM. Second Dial Global just pick up Thom Hartmann and already have five progressive talkers. There is a weekend Guy. The only company that she still on good terms is Clear Channel. CC might syndicate her through CC's O and O Premier Radio.

Randi is very good at burning bridges.

Premier Radio does have a few non conservative talkers. Jesse Jackson, Bob and Tom, Dr. Phil Edell, and Bill Handel.

Those guys (and it's DEAN Edell) don't really do liberal talk shows though. That's like saying Leo Laporte is a non-conservative talker. Premiere Radio doesn't carry any traditional liberal talk shows.

I have no inside info, but I certainly would not bet against her coming back. She's done it again and again--a trooper I would say.
