When is The Office Finale

When, oh when, is the series finale of The Office?
Any ideas how they will end it?
Bankruptcy and a shut down?
Closing the Scranton Facility?
Dwight goes nuts and kills everyone and then kills himself?

Not soon enough!

I bailed out two years ago.

The Brits had the right idea: Six episodes one year. Six episodes the next. A reunion TV movie to wrap everything up. The US producers just took a good concept and worked to death and then kept working it.

More episodes to pad syndication package. The sorry state of today's television landscape.

I personally liked that there were more episodes, as it gave more time for character development. With that said, when Steve Carell left the show, they should have ended it. An office without Michael Scott has been awkward and mediocre at best. The problem is, even though the show gets half the ratings it used to get, it's still the highest rated comedy on NBC. That's how sad things are over there.
