When is the PPM coming to Charlotte?

With the impending jump in Arbitron rank to #25, will Charlotte get the PPM any sooner? And when is it scheduled to arrive in Charlotte?
 
I don't think the jump in market size will effect the planned rollout date. Right now Charlotte is scheduled for a PPM test date of Apr/May 2010 with the last diary in Winter 2010.
