You might be on to something there. Antioch has overbuilt apartments (so have we!), and now they have an influx of transient residents who bring their crime along with them. They don't care about the neighborhood (long-term) because they know that they won't be there all that long, therefore no long-term pride in the neighborhood.Firepoint, be careful what you wish for. Mount Juliet was a much cooler town when we had to drive to Rivergate to eat out.
It does indeed concern me, because like Antioch, we, too, have overbuilt apartments out here in Bellevue. But unlike Antioch, the mayor apparently doesn't give a damn about redeveloping OUR mall property.
Agree with you on the translator issue as well. I don't really see the need for WMOT translator out here. Seems like I can pick them up just fine on 89.5.
