When was this radio station studio abandoned?

Back in 2013, when I & some other family members were coming back to Missouri from a trip up to Minnesota, we came down US 169 into Ft. Dodge, IA & I saw this abandoned radio station building, with (Mostly demolished.) signage, but I couldn't tell what the callsigns were (I just found out, earlier today, that the building once belonged to KKEZ 94.5FM & KWMT 540AM.). I was wondering, when did KKEZ & KWMT move out of here?

It looks like it was sometime late 2008 or early 2009. There is an aerial photograph on Google Earth of the studios with an empty parking lot, taken June 19, 2009. And one taken July 8, 2008 that shows a bunch of cars in the lot.

Interesting history...KKEZ and KWMT were sold to Three Eagles Communications in 2007. They're the ones who likely moved the studio out of that building. Although it appears the transmitter & tower are still on that property. At the time, Three Eagles owned 5 other stations in Fort Dodge, so perhaps they moved in with the other stations. In 2014, the cluster was sold to Digity Media, and then was sold to Alpha in 2015 when they bought Digity.

Look like the building is still being maintained. Which mean some kind of electronics is still being housed there.

The transmitters for KWMT and KKEZ are still at that location on highway 169. The studios and offices have been in downtown Fort Dodge since
the stations were purchased by Three Eagles.

The transmitter for KVFD/1400 and KZLB/92.1 are farther south, to the east of highway 169, behind the Quality Inn motel.

Somewhere I still have some airchecks from summer of 1983 of KKEZ I taped during my travels thru Iowa. (being a radio geek and with EVERY station having its own sound back then, I would tape everything during travels.)
