when will clear channel take over the two stations they swap with cbs

i read on radioandrecords.com that eric powers the pd of kube 93 will also over see kbks in march.
who will program the two clear channels stations in portland.
 
Based on past examples, I'm guessing that the transfers will be complete in the next 2 to 4 weeks. After that, they will probably assess the situation and make adjustments in time for the Spring ratings period.
