When will Fox 29 & WB 35 HD be on TWC in San Antonio?

There have been some good programming on FOX and WB in HD that I can't watch because it's unavailable on Time Warner San Antonio. Are we ever going to get these channels on cable or do I need to buy a freakin' antenna?
