When will we see new Dayton ratings?

You probably should call Mainline Broadcasting and ask them when they are going to purchase a subscription to the Arbitron survey.

As long as a broadcast company in town and Arbitron are either at odds with each other, or, for whatever reason, not subscribing, those numbers get embargoed, so no one who is not a subscriber, can use the numbers for sales purposes.
 
I think some corporate owner just didn't like the results of the ratings, so they've had them embargoed. It's happened for several years now in other markets.

As yes, but you forget something "NoWayCC":

The stations who subscribe do have the information...and can use it with advertisers. It's only embargoed to people who do not subscribe.

That's not how it works. Arbitron embagoes ratings only at ITS choosing, generally to avoid having non-subscribers find out the info (usually because they've been caught using it before).
