When You Manage A Station In The Middle Of Nowhere

When you're a PD just east of the ass end of the middle of gods creation nowheresville, you work with others and encourage them to help out with program content. Our school of 32 students in the rural west central interior on Alaska had some folks from NASA and Fresh Eyes on Ice Project visiting our school this week. I was unable to make it due to some scheduling conflict but the schools principal stepped in and interviewed the group of visiting folks and I'll be airing that interview on KSKO this weekend

If you care to listen, we stream at www.kskopublicradio.com and the interview will air at 6pm Fri, 12noon Sat and 5pm Sun (AK time, we're 4 hours behind eastern)

I couldnt care less if the local programming or interviews/local content involved me or not, I just want it on the air and i'll take it however it comes to me!
