Yeah, I'm looking at you RadioPromoGirl. Last time we read the gospel according to you it went a little something like this:

JOURNAL IN LIMBO

Heh heh heh.

Although this trend is jumbled with the format changes, Hot 104.5 is clearly a winner. With Star leaning evn more adult, there is room to grow even more without hurting the mothership. I expect at least a 6.5 by the summer book.

Very true, plus it is just a trend :)

The combination of format/frequency changes and rolling into summer when listening patterns typically change could lead to some odd looking results. Pending no future format changes or key air talent departures, it could be six more trends before things settle down and give us a truer picture of what's happening.<P ID="signature">______________

Yeah it was kinda harsh but that particular poster had it coming for a long time. Besides they personally attacke moi first. Am I supposed to just sit back and take it? Besides, if ya gonna be all doom and gloom, doggin' us out and kickin' us when we're down then do the right thing and acknowledge when we're up. I'm not expecting any love, just do the right thing LOL

Meanwhile, I tried (in the final weeks of WYIL's existence) to help some of their staff realize what was about to happen and encouraged them to get ready so that they could land something quickly. Recently, including tonight in fact, I encouraged a consultant to give serious consideration towards one of WYIL's former jocks for a gig in another market. From what I was told, their chances are pretty good, so someone may be able to post some positive info about that soon.

> Ok so a friend of mine showed me this posting and all I have to say is get your facts right "Johnny". If I'm going to try and start s&^% I would at least have enough balls to do it under my identity. Hate to disappoint you but I'm not RadioPromogirl. This is just like high school lots of gossip and a little bit of truth...Holla!
