Where are they now?

I'm an old GSU grad from the late 80's and I listened to a lot of Savannah radio while I attended school there. I'm curious about what happened to a few of the DJ's who used to work in the market.

WIXV
John and Mary Ann, Curt Gary, Dave Sheppard, Dana Brown

WJCL
Jerry Katz, Bill Edwards,

Dave Sheppard is the voice of "The Comedy Store" radio ads, and(I think) has a financial interest in the store.

Far as I know, Dana Brown's still in town, just not in radio. She started an ad agency/PR firm, but haven't heard anything from it in a looooong time.

Jerry Katz was ousted from managing the early KIX 96 1/2 in a talent coup. Think he went back to Dothan, AL, but not sure.

John Garber went to New England with the Comedy Shoppe's mgmt company, after their Savannah outlet closed; Mary Ann Edinger was selling for Oldies (during Clark ownership period) for a while. May have gone back to selling for Brasseler USA.

Jerry Katz

Katz works in opulent Opelika, Alabama. He's a big wheel with Wicks, the company that bought out Darts (traffic & billing system).

I heard that John was in North Carolina booking acts for a comedy service.
