Where did Deidre Degatta go?

She used to be on Mix 104.1 until last year suddenly not on the radio anymore. Where did she end up, she used to be a great radio dj.

I was listening to WODS 103.3fm yesterday afternoon and Deidre Degatta was on from 10-3pm. Seems like she is back as a fill-in jock at the radio station.

Deirdre is an amazing person!!! I used to be in the Boston Record Pool for many years, and she was one of the nicest people I've met!!! I used to listen to her on Mix 104.1, then doing fill-in work at WODS--most recently on New Years Day. She is really a great woman, and I miss hearing her on the air on a regular basis.

I also heard her on the air at times on New Year's Day. Didn't she do mid-days on WJMN-FM 94.5 before that? I even think she was voice tracked to the Hartford/New Britain/Middletown market before. I think it was WKSS-FM 95.7 of Hartford/Meriden.

She is a VERY nice woman. I met her a few times at the Woburn Bowladrome. I used to bowl with a woman who was very good friends with her.

She did middays on Kiss 108 for a while after Ed McMann was let go, before the Seacrest/premium choice stuff came in.

She was let go in December of 2006 and replaced by VT from NYC with Shelly from Z100. She was rehired as a weekend/filler immediately within a month. She later returned as full-time night jock to replace Jackson Blue when he left for KHKS in Dallas. She was then again terminated at the onset of "Premium Choice" when Jackson Blue was reinstated as the night jock on a voicetracked night show. She went to work for CBS, most on Mix 98.5/104.1. She hosted the night show on Mix for about a year.
