Where do Boortz & Howard go after 97.5?

I know Dave Ramsey has already found a new home, but where will the other two nationally syndicated powerhouses (Neil Boortz & Clark Howard) end up?

This could be an excellent chance for a lowly AM station to take some listeners away from KPRC & KTRH. Thoughts?

About two weeks ago, Boortz said he has a new Houston station lined up. He also dumped on the ESPN deal some, saying the ratings had doubled but the deal was made before the numbers came in. Don't know about Howard, but it's good to hear him during the day again.

Seems Howard would be better for KTRH than being Tom Martino's last weekday affiliate, although an extra hour of Malone would make more sense.

Boortz should quit shooting his mouth off about every station he doesn't get numbers for. Granted, KFNC as a Houston station is a joke, and he'd probably make more sense than Mark Levin shoved down the throat of 950 and every Hannity affiliate, but who says he has to be on anywhere? He's an Atlanta phenomenon and that's about where it ends. Howard even more so. Don't think that any station gets ratings by getting one or two shows from another station that cancels them or flips. The station is the star, and all the AMs getting 0.5s and billing $25k a month because they thought getting that one show everyone loved so much would make them instant competitors with KTRH and KPRC realize that.

I would assume that Boortz might goto KSEV, he was added to KVCE in Dallas recently. He also said that Salem isn't interested in having him because of his libertarian views on some issues (such as being pro choice, pro gay marriage and favors ending the war on drugs).

Dave Ramsey makes me wanna kill myself. But it'd be too expensive and unwise financially to do that

I agree. I'm glad to hear Clark Howard again (for a short time)
Boortz is entertaining but I won't miss when he goes to AM.

Isn't Martino doing his one hour on KTRH answering local Houston calls? I didn't think it was his syndicated show.
