Where do PDs look for imaging voices?

When the decision is made to change the imaging voice of your station(s), where do you look for the new voice?

Does anyone use VoiceIsland.com? AllAccess.com? FMQB.com? Are there other resources I haven't named?

Thanks.

Email! I received an email from radiopromos.com one day with a special for drops. I took advantaged of it and at the same time updated all of my liners/sweepers for a very nice price. It goes without saying, I am very pleased with what Mark has done for me. He's also a great guy to work with and turnaround is quick!

You can find some good people by googling as well..

I know of voice123.com and voices.com but haven't heard much good about them. Not sure what members views are here.. I have used voice123 for a few small projects, but I get the impression that they are poorly impacting the market by making it so easy for anybody to start doing voice work. There are some experienced members who do good work, though.

radiovoiceimaging.com, Jeffrey Hutchens is great for a wonderful price.
