What are you talking about? Yes, I know what DMCA stands for but I have no idea what your question/point is.

You can't tell what is coming up next and so forth, only the previous played songs, no way around that... DMCA is DMCA unforutally.

You could give a general list of artists you play but you could not say in the next 15 minutes here is blah, dee and dahh.. <P ID="signature">______________

Now I know what this posts is about. Since that's off my chest, now I can go back to listen to WPEN & WAMS.

You can announce what artists are coming up under the DCMA, you just can't publicly pre-publish a playlist. However, if there was ever any enforcement of this part of the law, especially in a criminal aspect, there would be strong 1st and 14th Amendment arguments as a defense. Of course this would require money and some help from the electronic defence fund. I know a lawyer that would love to take on a case like this but he isn't cheap and usually only takes cases up to the appellate level(5th & 6th circuit court of appeals and state supreme courts of Ohio & KY). A case like this would probably cost close to 6 digits by the time it went to the Supreme court.
