Where does radio think talent will come from?

The consolidators of this business have exploited the years of talent nurturing by syndicating many, yet have systematically salted the earth by making sure the farms that this talent came from, can produce little more.

I know Wall Street is short-sighted, but this is nuts.

Between all the cuts and sydication, how can this business rebound when the product it's selling has been so diminished.

Seems to me, if you're selling a product (AM&FM programming) and you want to have a future selling that product, you don't f&#k up the product.

Ladies & Gentlemen, they are f#%king up the product. Badly.

Then what?

well....to start, when I was 16 yrs. old, I would have taken any on-air radio job ANYPLACE for FREE....
no, strike that....I would have paid them....so high-schools are a good place to start.

That area in front of Home Depot where the men hang around looking for day-labor is a possibility.
