Where have all the HD radios gone?

WHOA, Nelly!

Check it out: the "must-read page turner of the (last) summer!" HD RADIO IMPLEMENTATION GUIDE by WOR's famous (just ask him) Tom Ray!! Overstock.com's got this red-hot read for just $80.15, representing a whopping 1 PERCENT DISCOUNT from Amazon.com's list of $80.97!

Bet THAT one's sold about a dozen copies so far.

What are ya gonna crank out for us next, Tom? "THE HD RADIO REMOVAL GUIDE," including helpful hints on recycling components cannibalized from iBiquity exciters? How to get "best prices" on that old dusty HissMax at the local hamfest? (I LOVE sequels.)

Ya know, You guys crack me up. Really.

"The Director of Distant Analog Reception" trys to convince us of how "THE HD RADIOS" have gone to closeout or Overstack.com. I can only surmise that would be because he thinks they have no value...

Then the "Secretary of Anti-HD humor" yuks it up my mentioning that there is only a "Whopping" 1 percent discount on one of the items. And I note there's not much off on the other items listed.. What are you suggesting, that it's really not on closeout? Or they DO have value?

Never mind, I'm sure there is some tortured logic of why these two positions go together. And above all, both of you, be sure and keep laughing. Maybe no one will notice you not making any sense.

Oh, and when you get done with the rant that doensn't really make any sense, be sure and look into the camera and throw the papers. :)

just need some ratings, renenues, content, and a few million radios sold and everything will be fine

Strubull last said since 04, they sold half a million units. And theres' been no numbers mentioned thus far.

So 08 couldn't have been a great year. Unless they're still counting? Shortly they'll be another press release
from the alliance saying in 09 they'll sell their one millionth radio. Said that in 08, again in 07. Once you get past your first million radios sold it's down hill.

Well first you probably need to knock off one of those zeros considering the returns and radios sitting in warehouses, close outs etc. You also need to realize that sold does not necessarily mean sold to a consumer, so the counting probably went like this:
Jan. 50,000
Feb. 50,001
Mar. 50,002
etc.
