I've been lucky enough to have the opportunity to see this issue from the other side. Honestly, most fan inquiries we dealt with in Salt Lake were well intentioned too. But, there were one or two others that were a bit creepy. And those were the ones who tended to ruin things for everyone else. There are just too many potential Ted Bundys in the world to take chances.

From your posts, I can tell that you mean no ill will...so try not to take the lack of a reply personally. It's just how things have to be sometimes. ;)
 
Well, yesterday, while working, I happened to be walking through an employee breakroom during the noontime hour and the tv happened to be tuned to channel 7. And Dylan Dreyer was giving her early (early in the newscast) forecast. That's Dylan...in her little short bright red babydoll-ish dress.......

I had seen Dylan here and there but never really watched her before. Good Lord! And I thought JC Monahan was cute? And she is!! But this Dylan Dryer?? Argy, I apologize. You just go fixating on this woman to your heart's content.

For WMC2006 and all the others who have responded...

I wrote a short personal letter to Dylan this past Friday and indicated to her I'm not a stalker!

It has never been my intention to pursue anything more than a good friendship with the lady. She's definitely camera-friendly and an excellent professional.

LOL!!!!! Please for the love of God just leave her alone for awhile. She may have not even thought you were stalking her. But now you just put that idea in her head. It can only go downhill from here. There are a million of other hot chicks on the planet. Go to Google and type in Jillian Barberie. She may hold you over for awhile.

I pretty much have dismissed the idea of a good, professional friendship with Dylan. It's rather sad when members of our media confuses honest admiration & courtesy for one of their own---with that of professional stalking! :eek:

While I appreciate your alternative of Jillian Barberie...this really isn't a case of ooogling over a hot chick! I can always do that at community event, remote broadcast, at a public library or a local supermarket! :p

Like yourself...I DO VOICEOVER WORK TOO! At last count...more than 50 voices in addition to my own! ;)

50 Voices? Wow... that's great! Now please listen to the voice that is telling you to leave Dylan alone....lol. If it will make you feel any better though... I dropped her a nice note that said we miss her in Providence. She didn't respond to me either. So the good news is that it's not just you. The bad news is that I sent Al Roker a note and now he won't leave me alone. I'm thinking of pursuing a no contact order against him. ;D
