Where is Amy Brooke?

Is she still with KPNX? Perhaps, she is on vacation this week, but they haven't mentioned her while I've been watching! Has she been fired?

Her bio is gone from the website thought her picture along with Tram and Scott is still on top of the homepage for the morning show. The weather tease at the top of the page only shows Bill and Caribe.

KPNX has a job opening posted for a meteorologist (it shows a July 2005 date). I haven't been watching their jobs page but have they been looking for Amy's replacement for some time?

According to today's Repulsive (dead-tree edition), she left Channel 12 to work in sales. No mention of her new employer.

Her picture is still on the AZCentral.com weather page, though.

And prime column space to boot--top of B1--along
with a plug for a new Mc12 sideline complete with
a quote from GM John "Chauncey Gardiner" Misner.
He'd want me to mention the new project.

Gee, ya think McPaper would offer the same incisive
