Where is Busta Brown???

Just heard AC Stone back on the air at 97.1 WQMG in the Afternoon slot formerly held by Busta Brown. It is GREAT to here AC back on the air in the Triad! Has anyone heard what happened to Busta Brown?
 
Article in today's WS Journal says BB is out, but staying in the area (at least for now).
 
Alvin Stowe did nothing for the Charlotte community. Personally, I'm glad we're finally rid of him. He has no idea how to program a radio station and is boring and corny. My opinion, he won't last long in Tre4 neither. I never listened to Busta Brown so I have no idea how he sounded on air. Was he good? Does anyone know if Alvin is PD again, or is Shilynne still holding it down? Shilynne, now that's my girl.

The comments were irresponsible, malicious gossip that alleged BB was not fulfilling his legal obligations vis a vis child support payments. There were stories about this in the past (maybe 10 years ago), but as far as anyone knows, he has been up-to-date on everything. The Journal did the right thing by scrubbing that crap
