Where Is Chris Matthews Program on WCVB Sunday ?

Is this an indication of the Post Paul LaCamera era at WCVB Channel 5.

Where is Chris Matthews very interesting Sunday Program on Channel 5?

I turned on Ch 5 at the regular time only to find the every boring sports director, Mike "I went to Harvard, leave me alone" Lynch hyping the Patriot's game some four hours ahead of the game. "All Axis" ALL BORING.

It was followed by "KIDS NEWS". That was followed by "ADULT NEWS" aka ch.5's regular news but NO CHRIS MATTHEWS PROGRAM AND NOT NOTICE OF WHERE IT WENT.

Is this an indication how WCVB Channel 5 will be run post Paul LaCamera who was the most civil minded GM in the area.

Channel 5 WCVB din NOT score a touch down with this move. We don't need to have another local station on sports steroid all the time and every Sunday morning.

This is pure bogus broadcasting and the new General Manager of WCVB Channel 5 if off to a very BAD Start.
 
Follow up: Spoke with the news room at Channel 5 and was told that for some unexplained reason Channel 5 WCVB BROADCAST THE CHRIS MATTHEWS SHOW AT 4:30 AM THIS MORNING.

Was told to call WCVB Programming at 781 449 -0400 on Monday for an explanation.

The station has had many complaints.

You might also want to email Chris Matthews at MSNBC to inform Chris where Boston's Premier Television Station ??? placed his program today. I am sure he will not be amused.

I also enjoy his syndicated show... a whole lot more than Hardball... but it's a question of the audience, who'd probably rather have "Patriots All Ass-kiss" in that slot. Though it may suck, business is business, especially in the TV business.

Don't tell me they couldn't have pre-empted that prosaic "kids news' show. Wonder how many "kids" are watching at 11:30 on a late summer Sunday morning.

Sorry to say that Mike Lynch has got to be the most boring Harvard grad on television...and possibly the most lucky. Nice guy I hear but no Holy Cross grad, Chris Matthews.

I suppose they might have... if any of them could actually define "prosaic." (I'll save them the trouble... "Lacking in imagination and spirit; dull"... so that's most of WCVB's newscasts, too, then!)

Well, Lynch's air-time was a waste of camera time. Karma works.
Pre-empt one of your best syndicated programs and the Patriots lose.
Not the only losers as far as I am concerned.
