Why isn't Dr. Phil Good back on the air now that oldies are on 105.7. He was one of the last voices on KOOL 99.3 he knows the music and loves the format. He is a radio junkie! Put him on the Walrus! How can you have Mason on a station and Not the Good Doctor!
Come on Lynch hire Doctor Phil Good for nights.

And stop playing so much damn classic rock on the Walrus, KGB and the Planet ran Classic Rock into the ground 10 years ago get a clue. The only reason KGB has ratings is because of DSC the rest of the station is riding their coat tails.

Actually the Planet only played Classic Rock if you consider the pop music Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks to be actual rock. One reason they Planet failed was their music director never had a clue about rock and the music never matched the slogans.

That having been said, The Walrus music director makes it sound he/she has no personal knowledge of the music and programs it according to old Top 40 charts: how to explain why they think people still want to hear "Me and You and a Dog Named Boo?" Like platform heels and leisure suits, not everything from the good old days is worth repeating.

I agree!
He was a good friend of mine. His knowledge of pop music is UNMATCHED! He's a great talent, good APD and a good production editor too!
C'mon John, hire the guy!

Whoever is programming the Walrus is doing a terrible job with the excessive classic rock if it is to be top 40 oldies where is the classic country WHERE IS GLEN CAMPBELL???? Put Dr. Phil Good on the Walrus and have him show you what Oldies are supposed to be. If there were a music degree in just oldies he would have a PH.D
