The man is 70. Maybe he just wants to slow down a bit.jcr said:johnnyrichards said:Tri-State Media said:BobointheH20 said:Tri-State Media said:He was said to be planning to return by Friday. This of course was back in November...
To be clear, Rodger Kay (Kauffmann) said he'd be back on Friday, not Dusty.
Correct, it was Kay who said Dusty was expected back on Jan. 1. Wonder why he isn't back... but I hadn't heard he was mulling a run for County Commissioner...
This was purely/merely just a guess on my part. I remember there being a big fuss when he was on WLW and running the 1st time for Auditor. I don't want to start any rumors, but I don't mind taking credit if this guess turns out to be true!
That was back when the equal time rule was in effect.

as the start of next rating period. Noticed he still isn't on the air as of Monday morning.

Mr Bigley, the station does not depend on ratings or the lack thereof to sell advertising. Ratings are only important to stupid, narrow minded agency buyers that dont understand that 25-54 is bull%^&^. I havent met an agency rep yet who has the hairy cahoonies to buy results and not necessarily ratings. They are all afraid to think outside the box and maybe for once, do what is right for the client. I could say more but Puff is a nice dragon, right?
And he would never make up information to "fool" this board, would he? Does Rodger still have an agency?jry said:Puff the Dragon said:gabigley1 said:When dose the Cincinnati ratings period start? Well....... My guess is that this isn't Rodger, who owns an agency.....
