Sadly, Dick Hugg is not on the air anywhere. He is retired living in the Los Angeles area. His last stint was on KRTH 9-midnight. One of my all time favorites too. I was too young to hear him on KRKD 1150am back in 1952, first catching him in 1958 on KDAY 1580 and then thru the years on KALI 1430, KIEV 870, and he was great on KBLA 1500 in 1965. He made a return to KRKD in 1966. In the late 1990's he did the morning gig on KRLA 1110 right up to it's switch to talk.

Thanks for all that information.

I knew he also worked at KRTH until about 2002 when the PD made several changes.
