Where is Jim Basill on 11alive traffic?

Jim is an employee of Metro Traffic (a division of Westwood One)...so the budget axe could have fallen. But it could be a vacation.
 
I recently heard Jim on Sirius' Atlanta/Miami traffic channel. Perhaps he also picked up this job?
 
Ok, Randy Waters indicated in the 6 am news that Jim would be back on Monday and was out for family reasons. Hopefully, everything is ok.
