As for the "over-lapp", there will be no listenable interference of the two signals. At least - that is how it is intended to work.
The CP was on radio-locator, and no my eyes must not be very good cause I can clearly see now that it had expired.
As far as "over-lapp" I have always understood that it doesn't matter with FM. What ever transmitter you are closer to is the one you will receive, so if both transmitters are playing the same thing at the same time the listener will notice nothing.
The booster is located on Valentine south of Neilsen. Funny I would have thought it would be farther east than that.
