WTH man I left for afghanistan march 2010 for a whole year, get back have a couple days off then Monday hop in my car to go to some stupid PTSD classes, turn in the radio 91x baby and some idiot I don't recognize is talking! I been an avid listener for awhile and to come home to try and get back in my routin which everyday involved the morning show?

I dont think its cool to call the great 91x icon MR. Oz Medina an idiot !!! :mad: , dont get me wrong i liked md , but i am so happy 91x brought back oz , im guessing you were not a long time listener
 
Yes, you are correct sir. Some anonymous blogger flunky who means nothing has no right to call someone an idiot. All I know is that Oz, who might be getting $50,000 a year is kicking the ass of the Mikey Show which is getting $500,000. Oz is killing Mikey in both 18-34 and 25-54. This is an absurd embarrassment for the hapless braintrust at Lincoln Financial who put that deal together.

If anyone can tell me I'm wrong, please make your point.

As if you mean something? I'm sure the person who casually used that word is now thinking after reading your comment, "I've gone from A'stan to A'holes."
 
Just got around to reading this. Dear radio darn...don't know what you are trying to say by writing "As if you mean something?" What is it you are trying to get at? If you are trying to say something, please spit it out clearly so we can all understand. Or do the best you can. If you think I'm full of it, fine, just say why. As I said in the prior post, Oz on 91X is kicking the Mikey Show in the 2 key demos, and he has been doing it for months and he is doing it by getting paid a fraction of what the Mikey show is costing 94/9. Maybe you don't know what that means. Or maybe you don't understand what a bad business move this is, especially considering how long the Mikey show has been around. Or maybe you don't care any more. All I'm saying is this fact is a HUGE reality that is kicking LF in the butt and making 91X squeal with glee.

At any rate...it is too bad Diablo was sacked. He was perfect, I thought, for the hip aesthetic 91X was striving for. But I must say in hindsight...it worked out well for them. Former Diablo producer Carlos is now the producer for Scott and BR and he is fitting in quite nicely.
