Does anyone know what happened to DJ H. Vidal who was doing the 6 to 10 nuthouse program at WLLD?
I went out of town and when I came back he was gone. No sign of him on the website, most of the other jocks have removed him from their myspaces, and that incredibly annoying, but seemingly popular spanish chic, La Loca has been doing the nut house with Buckwheat.
I am just curious, I liked 'H'. I'm a natural channel surfer anyway, but I've always been a fan of the team Orlando has assembled over at the Koger center and H. Vidal was a decent part of that team, I thought so anyway. Don't get me wrong I still listen to the station, but not nearly as heavy from 6 to 10, Buckwheat has always had an annoying but interesting likability factor, however bringing La Loca in just makes the entire show very annoying.
If H.Vidal is out permanently I say move Scantman to the Nuthouse (perhaps things can get back to a slight resemblance of the old 3LG days), and put one of the weekend guys in that 10 to 2 spot. Hell, I say extend the old school lunch and make that entire day-part old school hip-hop. Not that my opinion matters, but I'd like to see 'The Nuthouse' live up to it's name, and I think Scant could do a FINE (in more ways than one) job doing so.
