where is WQXR in the Jan. PPM's?

I doubt they dropped below a 1.0 and even if they had they'd still show up.

Either the listing had an omission or WQXR is not subscribed and thus not included in the public reports.

WQXR-FM definitely showed in the January book, and was considerably higher than during the Holday book.
