Where Oh Where is "The Woody Guy?"

So I'm sitting at work telling someone Bob Woody is dead. Then someone else says, "when did he die?" I say, years ago!
So I e-mail someone else and they seemed surprised that I said that.
Hence the questions ???..."Bob Woody, dead or just another urban legend."
If this subject has been discussed on the board I apologize ::).
 
Asked this question myself a time or two around here. Seems answers are a little thin. Woody, as you know, isn't exactly the shy type, so for him to just fall off radar completely is pretty weird. I think someone said he was in Florida.
 
last year we did a virtual extravagazna on this board about woody. the stints at warm, the carrying out of his bad self at wilk, the werner earhard crap in edison, new jersey, the twin valleys fiasco of which i was co-chair, his ad agency relationship with wnep where he got a 30% commission as well as his one man reconcilliation with george gilbert where he told double GG that he was sorry he annoyed Gilbert when he was Bob's boss and that he had come to peace with all of that and hoped George would too. Reportedly double G looked at him blankly and said, "huh?"

That must have been when I was vacationing on Phobos. Can we do it all over again for guys like me who may not have been paying attention?
 
When Renee finally walked away,he eventually followed. I think she is a TV GM in Syracuse.The Florida connection is that they have had a condo there for years. I think he actually retired. He sold The Ad Agency to Maria.
Is it still in Business?
