I serious with this question. In all of my reading I have yet to run across any area where engineers offering their services as Contract Engineers advertise.

Where is this place, and do I have to know a secret handshake, or have a secret code word to gain access?:cool:

The SBE website has a Contract Engineer Directory under their Jobs section.
