Where to stay in Jackson?

I have not been to Jackson in 30 years. (I think they ran me out of the state in 1971 after a little bit of official corruption. I was part of the Mississippi Radio Network. Also, WJXN (the AM one on 1450) and WKXI on Terry Road.) I'll be meeting with some old radio people (we're all old now). I also think I'll meet with Gov. Bryant and shake my finger at him. Just to do it. And to tell him that my grandfather laid the original sidewalk in 1903 around the New Capitol Building. If any of my fellow broadcast people want to meet, email me at [email protected]. Sometime in May. How about the old King Edward? It's a Hilton now, right? (I can show you where my grandfather put his initials in the concrete, since covered up.)
