Where was WMID on 3/19/16?

I was in Rehoboth Beach, DE yesterday shopping at the Route 1 outlets and found dead air on both 1230 and 1340 at approx. 1:30p. What gives/gave?

I was in Ocean City NJ yesterday, and a little after 1:00 both stations were off, then whichever one I was tuned to came back on in the middle of a song. If they were off again around 1:30, maybe they had some intermittent problem.
