Where Will the 101.1 WCBS FM Jocks Go?

That is the question I am asking. I know Bruce Morrow is going to Sirius Radio, but what will happen to the other legendary jocks such as Bob Shannon, Harry Harrison, Bobby Jay, etc? I hope they all find a job soon, especially some automated voice guy took over the station, but I will admit, I like the variety on 101.1 Jack FM. Not as good as 101.1 WCBS FM.<P ID="signature">______________

Yeah,Too bad that CBS FM disapeared!A Legendary station!
However,I DO like the format & Variety of the new JACK format, but it lacks PERSONALITY!They should have left it alone & changed ANOTHER station!

CBS-FM has been back, as a personality driven classic hits station, for five years now, and it's consistently one of the three top-rated stations in the NYC market

Dan Taylor came back to CBS-FM during the great restoration of 2007 and is still handling the morning drive show.

Bob Shannon also returned and took over midday duties in '07, but had to step down a few months ago because of health problems. Hopefully he'll be on the mend and return in some capacity soon.

Ron Parker has taken on Bob's former 10 AM-3 PM shift.

Ron's followed by Broadway Bill Lee in afternoon drive (he's a veteran of a number of NYC stations but was new to CBS-FM when he joined five years ago.)

Joe Causi, who had been handling a variety of shifts before the Jack fiasco, is also back and now regularly handles the 7 to midnight slot weeknights.

Harrison may be the elder of the four, but Cousin Brucie, to whom you gave a free ass-pass, is only 5 to 7 years younger, depending on the bio-source. Dandy Dan is only 4 years younger than Harrison.
