Reading the ad, sounds like whoever wrote the ad is a 'dirty old man' and a 'slave driver' to boot.

It says: "small market pay that will grow over time and the respect of the ownership."... I'd trade "respect of the ownership" for more money anyday.. an owner can cange in a heartbeat and typically does in this market. Their respect when they're gone woun't buy you a gallon of gas!

I think Kevin's right. AZL's owner (Panorama Magazine) has been sold. The buyer may have no interest in radio.

Apparently "sold" is a rumor. This was posted at NEPA News Media and Gossip in January. "Panorama was closed a week or two ago without mention anywhere and now the mill says WAZL 1490 radio station was also delt to an undisclosed buyer."
