Just wondering where these Northwest Ar personalities were these days?


Wynn Patton from KBRS/KMCK - I will never forget hearing him play country as "the little longhaired outlaw" when 94.3 and 104.9 simulcasted prior to 104.9 going alternative, then after KBRS, heard him on 101.5 KMRX in Tulsa..then they went Christian rock and I lost track of him.

Buck and Rob from KIX 104..didnt they go to 98.3 for awhile?

Dave Dautson from Kix PM drive (really enjoyed this guy, and his 6 pack weekend kickoffs)

Toni Marconi from Kix, evenings


Looking at their website it doesn't look like any of that group is left..and I'm not keen on the design of it either.

You mean Buck and James? Yeah. They went to KFAY for a bit, then gone.. Dunno where they went either.

Dave Dodson is currently PD Afternoon drive in Myrtle Beach at Gator 106.9.

Actually the original poster was correct, it was Buck and Rob--for a while. Then Rob left and it became Buck and James. Blown out in the flip from Rooster to SAM 98 (with essentially the same level of success currently)

John Anthony, sadly, died about 4 or 5 years ago of cancer.

Tone' Marconi was blown out just under a year ago at SAM 98. I'm not sure what she's doing currently, but I don't think it's in radio.

Dave and I hung out Yesterday at Texas Motor Speedway. Look for him to pop up in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth Market soon.
 
It WAS Buck & Rob first. Then Buck & James.

Buck is still in NWA, working as Marketing Director of the new Harley dealership.

Rob Stark works radio in Panama City.

James West sells real estate in NWA (a much better career decision)

John Anthony has passed away. Whatta pro he was.

Last I heard, Dave Dotson is in Texas. Let the buyer beware, you can trust him about as far as you can throw him.

Toni Marconi is out of the business, and says she likes it that way.
