What’s up with Fastlane and Marina? Haven’t heard them at all this week. Weren’t they just gone a couple weeks ago? How much yo yo vacation do they get? Or are they on the yo yo beach for good?
 
Wonder if they're thinking about bringing back Pat Cashman. It's about time!

Give us all a break! Somehow I don't think they would WANT their ratings to completely go under water. 20 "Pat-Pack" listeners, (oh wait..now 19 as one left town), aren't enough to justify a market 13 morning show. Let's see, how many stations has Pat been on, and how well has his tired show done?? :D
 
Sorry to let y'all down partners. My bud's at Bonneville have solved the mystery. Fastlane and Mareena are on vacation. Imagine taking Labor Day week off, like half the talent in the market did. Mystery solved. Yeeehaaaawww. Guess what Fitz also disappeared too for a few days...ohnoooooooo. Is he canned? Is he at Infinity????? Oops, guess he just went on vacation. You know how you can tell if a radio talent has fans? They notice when the talent is on vacation. Do ya think anyone would notice if the voice guy at JACK took a week off??? Oh wait, he only works once a month, never mind. Bruhahhahaaahaaa.
 
True people need to take vacation, but if you relaunch a radio station, retool a morning show, and try to get people to notice your "new" brand, then, I don't know, maybe you might want to have the same air talent in place for more than a couple days at a time? Either something is up, management is clueless, or by "new" they only mean there will be a new air staff line-up every other week.

Fitz went on vacation? ;)

I heard he went to some morning show boot camp a couple of months ago, :D who goes to those boot camps anymore?! They teach the proper way to read the horoscopes, and other 'cliche' morning show crap. Anyway, when Mary and the other dude were filling in while he was gone, I really enjoyed listening. A show minus the ego, I loved it!
