Where's the best site to find job listings?

it's been a while since i've been on the "Beach" from Hell! what's the best site to find job openings?

Unfortunately, what gr8oldies said is closer to the truth. Radio stations' job flow is roughly 99% "out", and 1% "in", if that. And there are a whole lot of people looking for the handful of jobs still being filled.

However, if you really wanted a direct answer...

I'd check two places:

1) The AllAccess job listings (www.allaccess.com) are probably the best national source of openings, at least the ones that are posted,

2) Check the website of your state broadcasters' association. I think nearly all of them have local listings.

In today's environment, you also have to continue being proactive with stations, even if they have no openings listed.

Good luck!

Sorry about that - I didn't realize this was on a regional board, as it popped up in the overall new posts scroll.

Here's the "Job Bank" for the Kentucky Broadcasters Association:

http://www.kba.org/employment.html

(oops, they changed the URL, and I had the old one up!)

I'd also check sites in nearby states (IN, OH, KY, etc.).
