Hilarie Barsky -- who seems to be an intelligent woman capable of talking about a variety of issues -- is filling in on WOR for John Gambling this morning and, so far, she's devoted the entire show to a single story about a disabled young girl who was prevented from using the restroom at a Chucky Cheese. Enough! There are plenty of other stories to cover this morning.

Does WOR have a Program Director? If so, why isn't he/she on the phone now telling her to cut it out! This is a 50,000 watt radio station in the #1 market -- it's not a playground.
 
I hope WOR keeps Joan Hamburg on the air. My elderly aunt in Scarsdale might die if Joan leaves the air.

But--- I hope WOR removes Rita Cosby. One of the worst talk hosts Ive ever heard.
 
wonder if Rush & Hannity on am710 willll move WOR welll ahead of WABC in the ratings.
And if Mark Simone willl remain on WOR. His best work was years ago on WNEW---AM.
In recent years he seems arrogant. (WABC / WOR).
