Just picked them up in S-Philly tonight loud and clear, since when did they move to 99.9, I thought they were always on the low FM school frequencies........their signal is much stronger then when they were on the lower end...this wipes out the Hawk and that country music station from the Eastern shore that used to battle on and off....

When 107.9 WRNB went on the air in 2004, 107.9 WHHS had to either give up their license (as a class D station) or find a new home on the very crowded Philadelphia FM dial. Radio One (owners of both WRNB and 100.3 WPHI) granted WHHS a waiver to operate on 99.9, short-spaced to 100.3 (as I recall).
