Which Cable/Satellite Shows Would You like to go HD One day

What cable/satellite TV show would you like to convert into HD one day?

I would say SpongeBob Squarepants on Nickelodeon defintely! My niece loves SpongeBob.

Remember that newer TV programs broadcast in high definition do not have to be displayed in the 16:9 aspect ratio. Their producers may choose the 4:3 aspect ratio or the 16:9 aspect ratio.

Hopefully, Jim Rome's new show on CBS Sports Network will be available in HD - unlike his old ESPN/ESPN2 show...

When I think of HD, I think of 16:9 than 4:3. Of course there are stations that are 16:9 SD, but I can't always tell if something recorded in 4:3 is HD or not. So most of us think of 4:3 as SD. For any newer program, I'd rather see it in 16:9 than 4:3.

Current TV produces in HD but only has a 4:3 SD channel on satellite to broadcast on (at least with Dish). Time for some carriage re-negotiations I think...

Probably most of TRU TV's offerings.

DirecTV informed me today that it is now available in HD (just in time for March Madness)
