Wow, after a week and over 100 views, there isn't a single reply to this thread. Says a lot about Columbus radio. So let's do something fun here and name the worst talent/management in town that won't get in CC's way. My vote goes to Wilks (although the ones to blame only come into town to fire people.)
My vote for best talent/management has to go to the folks over at WUFM "Spirit Communications". I have worked for them as a contract engineer and it has always been an enjoyable experience. For one there are actually warm bodies there and not just voicetracking. Also, both seem to enjoy what they do and do their best.
