Which FM stations can benefit from SSB-SC Stereo

Which FM stations could benefit most from using Single Sideband Subcarrier for stereo that is being discussed at NAB? 50kw or smaller Class -A FMs?

I hope this is also posted on an engineering board, not just here.

I've narrowed that down to Hillside Street in Canton, MA, fairly close to I-93 and I-95 (thank Google Maps!). Is the interference coming from any station other than WGBH-FM 89.7? I saw Blue Hills Observatory on that map and then it clicked. :)

The hope is that, if successful, every station could stand to benefit from implementing SSB-SC.

Stations with talk formats, such as WTKK or WBUR, are better off running mono, methinks.
