Which Fort Worth AM station is worth $15 million?

It's a "Red Herring" for press. He's seeking leverage to negotiate with MRBI. The 15 million so far includes cost of station and personnel. The actual cost of a station would be less. Pure smoke.

Gee, and I thought WBAP was in the old Blackstone Hotel and other downtown locations 80 years ago....
