I'm sure most all of the stations in town do at least some voice tracking. For the most part, though, they're at least using local talent here. KOIL may be 24/7 satellite, but a case can be made that it's local because of WRN's localization, plus the jocks live here and the uplink is at 90th and Dodge. The same can be said for the 106.9 staff (all of whom are jocks at the Network).
I don't know if he is local or not, but the new afternoon guy on KGOR sounds disconnected, and things that are "immediate" (mostly traffic and when the weather gets nasty) seem to happen around him. That would lead me to believe that he's not only voice tracked, but not in the market. Other than the sometimes obviously imported newscasts on KFAB, that's the only sore thumb in the bunch.
