Which station will win the "Christmas Music" war?

For the first time, two stations, both A/C formated, are playing non-stop Christmas music in San Antonio. KQXT, Q101.9, and KMSG. KQXT, former "Soft Rock 101.9" has the market tradition as the ONLY holiday music station and has won BIG for years. But, this year, there are two. Who is going to win?

Personally I dont really like either of the commercial type playlists, I like what KNCT plays more standard type christmas music.

101.9 has to be better in my book. The other station just dont sound genuine. How can you call yourself san antonios christmas station when the whole concept has been copied by a station that has been doing it a lot longer?

We're probably lucky that only 2 stations are doing Christmas music in each market. Looking around the boards, I've seen some other markets with 4 or 5 stations that have gone "Christmas" and the stations in those places started earlier than the stations here did. If the stunt produces big ratings, expect the trend to grow here too.
