Which stations will Citadel unload?

Now that FCC has approved the deal for Citadel to buy ABC radio, Citadel is going to have to sell off several of its stations in Little Rock. Any word on which stations they plan to unload?

that link takes you to a blank form. FYI...

That's strange. I get the FCC application each time I click on it. If you can't view the application with the link, go to the FCC Media Bureau CDBS Access and click on the "Application Search." Search under "KBZU" and there will be a complete application.

They should be getting rid of the 102.1 instead of the 102.9. Also, they should put KOKY on the better signal of 102.9. Just look at the numbers KOKY pulls in now as a class A at 102.1. Getting rid of 102.9 just doesn't make sense to me, when there are other options. Could someone explain this logic to me???

koky's antenna is on top of 1501 N. University building - the other 3 transmitters are not IN little rock or anywhere near. they also don't look like they would be able to move in to LR with out great expense.
*might* explain a little bit, but that's just an opinion.

KOKY is in a perfect location for its intended audience, no question.

As for Cabot and Humnoke (KPZK and KVLO) I can tell you for sure that there won't be many tears shed when those to sticks are gone. I always hated working on those transmitters... Cabot is an old POS Harris and Humnoke has a solid state QEI that breaks more than it works..

GOOD RIDDANCE!
