As I've said, the president is the biggest leaker in the government. The case made by DOJ about NY Times reporters is now moot.

It won't be moot until the DOJ drops it or it loses in court.

The NY Times defense was just given another golden egg laying goose to add to the flock. They will use it. With glee. Then it will be moot.

But you're right. The DOJ lawyers have to have their butts handed back to them first by exasperated federal judges, who are getting wise to the legal tricks. And what they're for.

This will be rammed through the courts a few more times using theories from conspiracy mills or Dear Leader himself before they give up.

In fact, a federal judge recently wrote a letter to the respective state bars Todd Blanche was licensed. I don't know what she wrote, but the fact she wrote it to the very people who licensed him to practice law gives me the hint that it wasn't the kind of letter they were going to frame and proudly hang in their lobbies.

Speaking of law, whatever happened to Jay Sekulow (from the first term)? Is he still doing that religious law radio show?
