I don't know about the NWT, but it appears it was in the Yukon. I think some Alberta communities carried it as well. I would imagine some NWT communities got Alberta's Access Network.

Not yet I guess. YTV doesn't seem to have been carried in very many smaller markets in its first few years. I know from other listings posted here Whitehorse had YTV by '94.
